Standard Processing Time
for Student iServices Requests
Please note that it takes time to process the many requests that ISEO receives from students on a daily basis. Be sure to plan ahead and gather all the forms that might be necessary for your request so that our advisors can process these in a timely manner. Incomplete requests with missing or incorrect information will be delayed.
Processing Times and iServices Instructions
Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not counted as processing days. Please note that processing times may be longer during academic deadlines or peak travel times.
- Current Students and Alumni: The average processing time for all iServices requests is 10 business days.
- New Admits: Due to the volume of requests recieved, the average processing time for all iServices requests is 15 business days.
