Notices of Intent to File a Labor Condition Application (LCA) to Employ H-1B Temporary Workers at UC San Diego

The Labor Condition Application is available for public inspection at the employer’s principal place of business (9500 Gilman Dr., La Jolla, CA 92093-0123; Student Center B).

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the US Department of Labor.
