VIRTUAL: Zoom Advising
Scholar Advisors are available to meet via Email and Zoom with faculty and scholars to discuss a variety of topics including:
- Change, extension, amendment of status or transfers to/from UC San Diego
- Travel
- 212e waiver
- Options beyond current status, including permanent residency
- Insurance, health care access, and J insurance requirements
- Referrals for UC San Diego or community resources

IN-PERSON: Front Desk Services
Front Desk is available for pickup and drop off of documents. Scholar Advisors currently only offers online advising via zoom. Zoom advising allows us to reach more Scholars as many may not be working near Student Center B.
