ISEO Space Reservation Form

As a member of ISAC, you can utilize ISEO spaces (e.g. Eucalyptus Grove, Large Conference Room, Small Conference Room) for various programs and events hosted by your student organization. To check for availability and request to use an ISEO space, fill out the form here.

International Programs Fund

The International Services and Engagement Office (ISEO) recognizes the immense impact that a friendly smile and a helpful on-campus guide can have. For these reasons, ISEO is offering reimbursement fund of up to $500 for UC San Diego organizations and associations to help engage UC San Diego's international students, scholars and families during their time at University of California, San Diego.

If selected, funds can be used for expenses such as food, outreach materials, and room reservations (on campus only). Funds may be used for any event with international students and/or scholars as its target audience. No alcohol or tobacco product purchases will be approved. Please note that these funds are offered as reimbursement funds and will be transferred via the appropriate recharge after the event has taken place. You will need to provide the appropriate fund manager for this to take place.

At this time, we are no longer accepting applications for the International Programs Fund. Should funds become available in the future, we will reopen the application.
